Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Trustcomm) and Mohamed Baqur, trading as GoDevLevel ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship at 8th Cross, Vinobanagar, Tumkur, Karnataka 572101. By creating an account you accept them.

What Trustcomm is

Trustcomm gives your shop a QR code. Customers who scan it rate their visit, then choose — freely — to post a review on Google or to send you a private message. Customers who choose Google get a draft based on what they tapped; they edit it and post it themselves.

What Trustcomm does not do: it does not post reviews, create reviews, or guarantee any number of reviews or any rating. Whether a customer posts on Google is up to them, and Google decides what appears on your profile.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and using Trustcomm for a real business you own or are authorised to act for. One account is for one business location.

Your responsibilities

• Use Trustcomm only with genuine customers of your business, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.
• Keep your email account secure — sign-in codes are sent there.
• Tell your customers, where required, that you collect feedback. Trustcomm's customer page shows its own notices; you are responsible for anything else you say or promise to customers.
• Follow Google's policies for your Business Profile. Google can act on your profile independently of us.
• Only upload content (logo, names, descriptions) you have the right to use.

Our responsibilities

We run the service with reasonable care and skill, keep your data as the Privacy Policy describes, and show every customer both choices — Google and a private message — with neither favoured.

Free trial, fees and cancelling

The plan is ₹699 a month, after a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start. The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains billing, cancelling and refunds. Any applicable taxes will be shown to you before you are charged.

Launch prices (₹699/month) apply to shops that subscribe by 31 December 2026 and stay the same while the subscription continues. From 1 January 2027 the price is ₹999/month for new subscriptions.

Availability

Trustcomm is a young service. We aim to keep it running at all times but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features; we will not remove core features you are paying for without notice.

Your data and content

Your shop's data is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Trustcomm for you. You can ask us to export or delete it.

Suspension and ending the agreement

You can stop using Trustcomm and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, puts customers or other shops at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Liability

Our total liability to you for anything arising from Trustcomm is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or anything Google does to your Business Profile. You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tumakuru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to hello@trustcomm.app so we can try to resolve it.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
