What we collect. Your star ratings, what you tapped, and your language. If you send the owner a message: that message, and your phone number if you add it.
Why. So the shop hears how your visit went, and to write a review draft if you choose Google. Your number is only so the owner can reply.
Who receives it. The shop, and our service providers: Supabase (stores it, in India), Vercel (hosting), Google Gemini (writes the draft — it gets your ratings and taps, never your words or your number) and Resend (emails the owner your message). Google may use what it receives to improve its products.
No account, no cookies. We never sell your data or use it for ads.
To see, correct or delete it, email hello@trustcomm.app with the shop's name and roughly when — or the phone number you used. We reply within 7 days.
